Hello, I’m Laura! I am a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, massage therapist, wife, mom, and vegetable enthusiast! I am passionate about food, movement, and educating others in the confusing world of nutrition. My goal is to help you create lasting habits, improve your energy levels, and live a healthier life. I love working with families, adults, and seniors to improve lifestyle, exercise, attitude and nutrition.
I offer one-on-one coaching or small classes to help you achieve your health goals, whether it’s nutrition, movement, or lifestyle changes. In one-on-one coaching, we set small, personalized, achievable, goals and I provide support & accountability towards your goals. In group settings, we still focus on individual goals but we build community to support each other.
